Updated No-Show Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved with the doctor. Failure to keep this appointment limits our ability to care for other pets in need.  We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, if you fail to keep a reserved appointment time and do not call in advance, you will be required to pre-pay the exam fee as a deposit for future appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your visit if the appointment is kept. If the appointment is not cancelled in a timely manner, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay another deposit in order to schedule again.
